We are based out of Bucks County, PA! Due to a high volume of inquiries, we are currently only traveling to PA, NJ, DE and NY at this time. Please keep in mind, we do charge a travel fee for any destinations over 25miles from our base location.
Pricing starts at $995 for our ‘Basic Bev’ Package – but please complete our Inquiry Form for the most accurate estimate as all of our packages are unique and customizable. We aim to keep our services as reasonable as possible. We can’t wait to hear from you!
NO – You must supply the alcohol and we will take it from there! Due to licensing in Pennsylvania, we can only legally distribute alcohol. We are NOT permitted to obtain a liquor license or sell alcohol as a mobile vessel in PA. We are more than happy to assist with a shopping list based on your guest count if requested.
Of course! The Bev Buggy is both general and liquor liability insured. All of our bartenders are Server/Seller trained and both owners have completed the RAMP Owner/Manager Training through the PLCB. You can find more information on our training HERE. We also require a copy of your event insurance prior to the event date if applicable.
